Some interactive services are limited to customers who hold the Company’s bill of lading (B/L), container number, or booking number.

Although reasonable efforts are made to ensure that the service content is accurate and up to date, all information is provided without any warranty or representation as to its accuracy. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or other damages, costs, losses, or liabilities arising from reliance on the information or materials contained on the Site.

Cargo Tracking Service

The right to use this interactive service is strictly limited to tracking containers transported by the Company in which you have an interest. You shall use the information and content of the service in accordance with the rules set forth in these Terms of Use. The Company’s tracking application may not function for users who conceal or anonymize their identity or location information. The Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict or completely suspend access to tracking data by automated processes.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Company or the relevant third-party owners retain all rights, title, and interests, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights, in all information and content on the Site, including but not limited to text, data, images, graphics, and logos. Except for your own personal and non-commercial use, or where you have obtained the Company’s prior express written permission, you may not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or otherwise use any information or content on the Site.
